Phil Varone Collection Launch Party Set for May 17 at Romantix

CHINO, Calif. — California Exotic Novelties is teaming with Romantix and Vivid Entertainment for the official launch party for Phil Varone’s Sex, Toys and Rock ‘n Roll Collection.

Varone, the former drummer of Skid Row and Saigon Kick who also starred in the "Sex Rehab" reality show, is celebrating at Romantix on Melrose in Hollywood on May 17 between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m.

“Are you ready to rock?” Varone said. “We’re gonna have some kicks at Romantix on Melrose. I look forward to seeing everyone there."

The event is free to attend and open to the public. It features an in-store appearance by Varone complete with autographs, photo opportunities, in-store specials, and prize giveaways. The first 50 people will receive free gift bags.

“The Sex, Toys and Rock ‘n Roll Collection is taking the country by storm,” said Susan Colvin, president and CEO of California Exotic Novelties. “This event is our way of officially launching Phil’s line with our good friends at Romantix.”

Nine products are featured in The Sex, Toys and Rock ‘n Roll Collection, all of which are available from Romantix. The signature piece is the DR. PHILGOOD, a dong available in a vibrating or non-vibrating version. It is the first product of its kind to come with a removable Prince Albert piercing, just like Varone.

Christina Grant from Romantix said, “The Phil Varone line has so many cool toys. We love the Dr. PHILGOOD, the vibrating Sex Sticks, the Backstage Pass, and all the rest. We’re plan on having a lot of fun with Phil and know our customers will enjoy it, too.”

Phil Varone’s latest DVD, "Swinging American Style," from Vivid Entertainment, is also newly released, and will be available at Romantix at the event.
